Radisson Impex is a pipe coating service provider and supplier based in Mumbai, India, established in 2012. We specialise in anti-corrosion coating and protective lining of steel pipes, bends, elbows, tees, fittings and flanges for pipeline, oil & gas, water, infrastructure and industrial applications.
Our work is focused on protecting steel pipeline components from corrosion and service-related deterioration, helping extend the operating life of piping systems exposed to soil, water and the products they carry.

We can coat customer-supplied pipes, supply coating materials, or provide completely pre-coated pipes, allowing customers to consolidate pipe procurement and coating requirements through a single supplier. Depending on the coating system and project requirements, coating work can be carried out at our Vasai coating plant or at the customer’s project site.
Steel Pipe Coating for Different Pipe Types and Sizes
Our coating scope covers seamless, ERW, LSAW and spiral welded steel pipes, with pipe sizes ranging from 1 inch to 200 inches outside diameter and lengths up to 18 metres, subject to the applicable coating system and project requirements.
This enables Radisson Impex to support a wide range of pipeline coating, industrial piping and infrastructure projects, from individual pipe coating requirements to larger project-based coating packages.
Pipe Fittings, Bends and Flange Coating
In addition to straight pipe, Radisson Impex provides protective coating for bends, elbows, tees, forged fittings and flanges.
Fittings can be coated using sintered or flame-sprayed polyolefin systems and liquid epoxy systems, selected to provide compatibility with the specified mainline coating system. Our coating scope for fittings and flanges extends up to 200 inches outside diameter, subject to the project specification.
Where required, flange gasket faces are masked and kept free of coating to maintain the required sealing surface.
Project-Specific Coating and Inspection
At Radisson Impex, coating work is carried out against the customer’s project specification rather than a fixed internal coating standard. Surface preparation, coating thickness, application parameters and testing requirements are established according to the applicable project documents.
Where required by the contract, we also accommodate third-party inspection and witnessed testing. Completed coating work is supported by relevant test certificates and coating reports for project documentation and dispatch.

Radisson Impex works across three principal coating requirements:
Customer-Supplied Pipe
Customers can send their own procured steel pipes to us for coating according to the applicable project specification.
Complete Pre-Coated Pipe Supply
Where required, we can include the pipe within our scope and supply the customer with a finished, pre-coated pipe, combining pipe supply and coating under one order.
Coating Material Supply
For systems such as cold-applied tape, polyolefin tape and heat-shrink sleeves, we can also supply coating materials for projects carrying out installation and wrapping with their own site teams.
